Located in a quiet area away from the city noise. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel also has a nice garden where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the city center, which made it a bit challenging to get around. Public transportation was not easily accessible and taxis were quite expensive.

This hotel is perfect for budget-conscious travelers seeking a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff are friendly and accommodating, with early check-in available. Rooms are spacious, clean with excellent shower with hot water, and balconies for a great panoramic view. the breakfast spread, with changing menus every day is exceptional. the hotel is centrally located with public transport nearby, making it easy to venture out. the garden outside adds scenic beauty to the stay. Free parking is available.

The hotel may not be ideal for those who want to be in the heart of the city.

Spent my Xmas at a hotel in Almaty. Loved the quiet atmosphere and fresh air of the location, which was set back a bit from the busy main street. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast, which was included in the rate, and the friendly staff who were always ready to help. Likes: the hotel offered local shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and the room was clean and cozy. the location was slightly far from the city center, but I didn't mind as I had a car. It was worth the price for the peaceful stay, fresh atmosphere, and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and cozy stay in Almaty.
